You may also have to discuss the recommendations with regulatory agencies and compliance officers to ensure there aren't any problems.

Approvals

Finally, you will need to seek multiple approvals for the project. Depending on the stakeholders, this may include developers, insurers, financial institutions, and governments. Likewise, you will want to obtain approvals from specialists and the architectural design company. Ideally, you should have an attorney review all the paperwork and incorporate the plans into the approvals to minimize liability exposure. With all the signatures in place, you can start hunting for contractors to execute the plans.
